Every Luxury Saloon We Run Publishes Three Passengers

Our fleet page publishes three passengers for the Lexus ES 300h, Tesla Model Y, BYD Han, BMW 5 Series, BMW 7 Series, BMW 735i, Mercedes S-Class and Bentley. Eight models, one seat count, from AED 400 to AED 1,800 for five hours.

A fourth passenger moves you out of our saloons entirely, to the Toyota Previa or the Kia Carnival at seven passengers, priced AED 400 and AED 450.

Two vehicles in the luxury range publish no passenger figure, the Mercedes GL 500 and the Rolls-Royce. We confirm the seat count against the vehicle itself when you book either one.

The BMW 5 Series Takes More Luggage Than the Bentley

The BMW 5 Series publishes four bags at AED 500 for five hours, while every more expensive saloon we run publishes three, including the Bentley at AED 1,800 and the Rolls-Royce at AED 3,500.

It is the only four bag saloon on our rate card, and the one we recommend for an airport collection where the cases matter more than the badge.

Above the saloons, the Mercedes GL 500 publishes seven bags at AED 1,400, the highest figure in our luxury range and the booking for a family arriving with five or six cases.

Which Model We Send on Which Job

Most of our airport work goes out in the Lexus ES 300h at AED 400, which publishes three passengers and three bags and covers a couple arriving with two cases.

Four or more bags moves the booking to the BMW 5 Series at AED 500 or the Mercedes GL 500 at AED 1,400. Four or more passengers moves it to the Toyota Previa or the Kia Carnival at seven seats.

Corporate collections go out in the BMW 7 Series at AED 800, the BMW 735i at AED 900 or the Mercedes S-Class at AED 1,000. Weddings take the Bentley at AED 1,800 or the Rolls-Royce at AED 3,500, which are the two occasion models on our rate card.

The Three Models Sharing the AED 400 Rate

Three vehicles share our AED 400 five hour rate and all publish three passengers and three bags. They are the Lexus ES 300h, the Tesla Model Y, which our fleet page lists as an SUV, and the BYD Han. Body style is a free choice at that rate, so name the one you prefer.

What Every Published Rate Includes

Each figure on this page covers the chauffeur, fuel, Salik tolls, insurance, VAT at five per cent and parking, excluding airport parking. Nothing is added after the journey and there is no separate fuel or toll charge.

Airport arrivals carry sixty minutes of free waiting from the updated arrival time, and other transfers carry fifteen. Our chauffeurs are RTA approved, speak English and Arabic, and reach the pickup point before the booked time.

We issue an email confirmation for every new, changed and cancelled reservation. Cancellation is free twenty four hours or more before pickup, and a cancellation inside eight hours or a no show is charged in full.

What We Need From You to Book

A date, a time, a pickup address, your passenger count and your bag count. We name the model that fits all five and quote a fixed price before anybody travels.

We ask for no driving licence, no International Driving Permit, no Emirates ID and no deposit, since those are self drive requirements. Gulf News reports that an International Driving Permit is required to rent a car in Dubai alongside a national licence. Visitors skipping that paperwork car with a driver with us instead.
