Rent a Car with Driver in Fujairah

White Line Limousine LLC has run chauffeured cars across the UAE since 2011, and the Fujairah run is one we work every week. A car with driver in Fujairah is booked as a half day of five hours or a full day of ten, with the rate agreed in writing before you set off and the chauffeur, the fuel, the tolls, VAT and insurance all inside it.

The emirate is the reason the booking looks different from a city hire. Fujairah’s attractions sit spread along roughly eighty kilometres of coast and up into the Hajar Mountains, so the useful booking is usually a day with the car held, and the useful thing to send us is your itinerary.

What a Car With Driver in Fujairah Costs

Our rates are published, and they run on two blocks: five hours for a half day and ten hours for a full day. The same figures apply whether the day is spent in Fujairah, run out from Dubai, or split between the two.

  • Lexus ES 300h at AED 400 for five hours and AED 700 for ten
  • Tesla Model Y and BYD Han at AED 400 and AED 700
  • Volvo S90 at AED 450 and AED 800
  • BMW 730Li at AED 800 and AED 1,300
  • BMW 735i at AED 900 and AED 1,600
  • Mercedes S-Class at AED 1,000 and AED 1,800
  • Mercedes GL 500 at AED 1,400 and AED 2,000
  • Bentley at AED 1,800 and AED 3,300
  • Rolls-Royce at AED 3,500 and AED 5,000

Every figure covers the chauffeur, the fuel, Salik where your route in Dubai passes a gate, VAT, insurance and parking, with airport parking the single exception. Vans, minibuses and coaches are quoted on the same five and ten hour basis, and because group vehicles vary more by specification we price those on the trip. Send the headcount and we will come back with the figure.

Hours past the booked block are charged at the vehicle’s agreed hourly rate, named when you book. Nothing reaches an invoice that was not agreed before the day.

Recently, I rode in one of the limousines of White Line Limousine. I was afraid at the start and questioned my decision, but the driver was so empathetic, and the ride was so smooth. Recommend everyone who is planning to visit Dubai with their family to choose this company; the cars are so good, and the ride is so smooth.

There Are No Toll Gates on the Road Into Fujairah

This is the part of a Fujairah booking that every quote comparison gets wrong, and it is worth understanding before you compare two of them.

Dubai’s toll system is Salik, and all ten of its gates sit on Dubai roads. Four are on Sheikh Zayed Road: Al Barsha, Al Safa North, Al Safa South and Jebel Ali. Business Bay Crossing is on Al Khail Road and the two Al Mamzar gates are on Al Ittihad Road. The remaining three are the Al Garhoud and Al Maktoum bridges and the Airport Tunnel. Abu Dhabi runs a separate system called Darb, which is irrelevant to this journey.

The road east into Fujairah carries no toll gates at all. Once you are past Dubai and heading for the mountains, the tolls stop. What that means in practice is that your Salik exposure on a Fujairah trip depends entirely on where in Dubai you start and which road you leave on. A pickup in Deira that crosses Al Garhoud carries a different toll cost from one in Al Barsha that joins the route without touching a gate.

Since 31 January 2025 Salik has charged by time of day, replacing the old flat rate. A crossing costs AED 6 during the weekday peaks of 6am to 10am and 4pm to 8pm and AED 4 off peak, from 10am to 4pm and from 8pm to 1am. It costs nothing at all between 1am and 6am, and AED 4 all day on Sundays outside public holidays and major events. Crossing both Al Mamzar gates, or both Al Safa gates, in the same direction inside an hour is charged once.

None of this appears on your invoice, because our rate absorbs it. The reason to spell it out is that a 7am departure and a 2pm departure genuinely cost us different amounts and cost you the same, which is the whole argument for a fixed figure on a route that starts in a tolled city and ends in an untolled emirate.

The Drive From Dubai to Fujairah

Fujairah city sits roughly 121 kilometres from Dubai, which is about an hour and twenty minutes of driving in ordinary conditions. That is the figure to plan against, and the one most itineraries get wrong by assuming a two hour slog.

The main route runs out along the Maliha to Fujairah Road, the E84, picking up the Sharjah to Kalba Road, the E102, and crossing the Hajar Mountains through Masafi. The descent from Masafi towards the coast is the stretch that gives the route its reputation: a mountain road with gradient and bends, and the part of the drive where a chauffeur who has run it before is worth the booking on its own.

A newer road cuts through the mountains as well, and heavy vehicles are not permitted on it. That matters if you are moving a group, because a coach or a large minibus takes a different line through the mountains from a saloon, and the timings on a group booking are set accordingly. Tell us the vehicle size at the enquiry stage and the route planning follows from it.

The honest alternative is public transport. The E700 bus runs from Dubai’s Union Square to Fujairah for AED 20, takes around an hour and a half, and departs roughly hourly. For a solo traveller with a cabin bag and a flexible day, it is unbeatable on price and we will say so. The arithmetic turns the moment you add a second passenger, a dive bag, a fixed hotel check in on the coast, or any intention of seeing more than the bus station.

Why a Full Day Works Better Than a Transfer in Fujairah

In a city, a point to point transfer makes sense because the destinations are close together. Fujairah works the other way round.

The emirate’s attractions are strung along the coast and inland into the mountains, with Al Bidya Mosque about 35 kilometres north of the city, Al Aqah further north again, the fort and museum in the old town, and the mountain wadis inland. A transfer drops you at one of them and leaves. By the time you have arranged onward transport from a beach road in Al Aqah, the full day you declined has cost you more in waiting than it would have in fare.

Three things a held car gives you on this coast. Your luggage and your dive gear stay in the boot between stops. The itinerary can move on the day when a wadi is busy or a mosque is closed. And you are not negotiating a return from a stretch of road where taxis do not cruise.

This is the reason our Fujairah bookings skew heavily towards the ten hour block, and why we quote the ten hour figure alongside the five hour one even when you ask only for a transfer. Our point to point transfer service covers the single leg where that genuinely is all you need.

Choosing the Vehicle for a Fujairah Day

Seat count is the figure everyone checks and the wrong place to stop, because bags and seats do not rise together across a fleet. On a Fujairah day the luggage figure matters more than usual, since dive gear, beach kit and a cool box all compete for the same boot.

Lexus ES 300h takes three passengers and three bags, and is the standard booking for a couple or three colleagues on a day out to the coast.

Tesla Model Y and BYD Han sit at the same rate and suit the same party, with the electric option worth raising for the mountain descent, where regenerative braking makes for a smoother ride down from Masafi.

BMW 7 Series and BMW 735i take three passengers with more room in the back, which is the difference people notice on an eighty minute drive and barely register on a twenty minute city hop.

Mercedes S-Class takes three passengers and three bags, and is booked when the car is part of the occasion, usually a client collection or an arrival at an Al Aqah resort.

Mercedes GL 500 and GMC Yukon XL are the SUVs, and the honest reason to book one on this route is boot space for dive gear and a higher seating position through the mountain section.

Citroen Spacetourer takes six passengers and seven bags, and is the one worth knowing about, because several seven seat vehicles hold only five. A family of six heading to the coast with a case each fits this and will struggle in something that looks larger on paper.

Mercedes V250, Kia Carnival and Toyota Previa cover the small group bookings, and the 12 Seater Toyota Hiace, Mercedes Sprinter and 14 Seater High Roof handle dive clubs and larger parties.

Bentley and Rolls-Royce are booked for weddings on the coast and for occasions where the car is the point.

Groups past fourteen move to a coaster or a coach, and the mountain routing note above applies. The full list with passenger and luggage figures for every vehicle sits on our fleet page.

Where Guests Go in Fujairah

Most Fujairah days are built from a handful of these, and each one carries a practical detail worth sending at the booking stage.

Al Aqah and Snoopy Island. The resort strip on the northern coast, with Snoopy Island lying just offshore from Al Aqah beach and drawing most of the emirate’s snorkelling traffic. Resort forecourts here are generous, so vehicle size is rarely the constraint. This is the stretch where a held car earns its keep, because the beach road is a long way from anywhere else.

Dibba Al Fujairah. Worth understanding properly, because Dibba is three towns under three different authorities. Dibba Al Fujairah is the southern part and belongs to Fujairah. Dibba Al Hisn in the middle belongs to Sharjah. Dibba Al Baya to the north is in Oman’s Musandam governorate and is the gateway to the Musandam peninsula. A booking into Dibba Al Fujairah is an ordinary domestic run. Anything crossing into Dibba Al Baya is a border crossing and needs raising at the enquiry stage, not discovered at a checkpoint.

Fujairah Fort and Fujairah Museum. The fort sits about two kilometres from the modern city centre on a rocky hill around twenty metres high, roughly a kilometre back from the coast. Radiocarbon dating puts its construction between 1500 and 1550, with renovation between 1650 and 1700, making it one of the oldest and largest forts in the country. Three of its towers were destroyed by the British Navy in 1925 and it was restored between 1997 and 2000 using the original materials. The museum sits nearby and the two pair naturally in one stop.

Al Bidya Mosque. About 35 kilometres north of Fujairah city on the Dibba road, and the UAE’s oldest existing mosque. Uranium-thorium dating of samples from the foundations places it at around 1599, give or take nine years. It is sometimes called the Othmanian Mosque, and its construction is the reason to stop: a single central column carrying four domes, each of those built as three smaller domes stacked. Opening hours run 8am to 6pm, which is the detail that decides where it sits in your day.

Wadi Wurayah. The UAE’s first mountain protected area, inland from the coast, with waterfalls and pools. Access varies and the approach roads are not all suitable for every vehicle, so tell us if this is on the list and we will match the car to it.

Ain Al Madhab. The hot spring gardens just outside the city, with pools fed by naturally warm mineral water. A short run from the fort and museum, which makes the three an efficient inland cluster.

Masafi. The mountain village on the way in, known for its spring water and its market. Because it sits on the route itself, a stop here costs you almost nothing in time, and it is the obvious place to break the drive.

Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Fujairah. Modelled on the Abu Dhabi original and at its best towards sunset, which is worth planning for if your day is finishing in the city.

The Fujairah Corniche and the port. The waterfront and the commercial harbour, and the part of the emirate most business visitors actually come for.

One point of accuracy that catches people out: Khor Fakkan is in Sharjah, not Fujairah, despite sitting on the east coast between two Fujairah areas. We cover it either way, and our Sharjah airport transfer page handles arrivals on that side.

Diving and Snorkelling Trips on the Fujairah Coast

Dive bookings are a distinct kind of Fujairah day and they fail for predictable reasons, so this is worth its own section.

Gear decides the vehicle. A set of kit per diver takes roughly the space of a large suitcase, and a party of four with full gear needs an SUV or a van regardless of how comfortably four people fit in a saloon. Send the number of divers and whether the gear is yours or hired at the centre.

Early starts are normal. Dive boats leave early and the drive from Dubai is eighty minutes, so a pickup before dawn is ordinary work on this route. It also lands squarely in the Salik free window between 1am and 6am, which is a small piece of luck for an early booking.

The car stays with you. Wet kit, towels and a cool box all go back in the boot while you are out on the water, and the day finishes without a scramble for transport from a beach car park. Snoopy Island at Al Aqah and Dibba Rock are the two sites most of our dive bookings go to.

Tell us the dive centre, not the beach. Centres sit at specific resorts and marinas along the coast and the difference between two of them can be twenty minutes of driving in the morning.

A Fujairah Day That Holds Together

The order matters here more than it does in a city, because the geography is linear and backtracking the coast road costs real time. This is the shape most of our ten hour bookings take.

  1. Leave Dubai early. Before the 6am Salik peak if the day allows, which also puts you on the mountain road before it fills.
  2. Break at Masafi. On the route, so the stop is close to free in time terms.
  3. Down to Fujairah city for the fort, the museum and Ain Al Madhab. The inland cluster, done in one go while the morning is still cool.
  4. North along the coast to Al Bidya Mosque. Inside its 8am to 6pm window, and on the way to the beaches, so it costs you no detour.
  5. On to Al Aqah for the afternoon. Swimming, snorkelling at Snoopy Island or lunch at a resort, with the car held.
  6. Back through the mountains. Or, if the day has run long, a late finish with the return drive outside the evening peak.

Say at the enquiry stage which of these matter most and the day gets built round them. A wedding, a dive charter or a business meeting changes the shape completely, and it is easier to plan that in than to rearrange it on the road.

Airport Transfers Into Fujairah

Three airports feed the emirate and the right one depends on where you are flying from.

Dubai International is where most Fujairah guests land, and the transfer east is the 121 kilometre run described above. Send the flight number instead of an estimated landing time, because it lets us track the aircraft and move your pickup with it. Our Dubai airport transfer service covers the arrivals side in full, and our DXB limousine service handles the terminal detail.

Sharjah International sits closer to the east coast route and is worth considering if your airline flies there, since the drive begins further along the way.

Fujairah International, code FJR, sits about a nautical mile south of the city centre, which makes it the shortest airport transfer in the emirate by a wide margin. It runs a single terminal handling both passengers and cargo, with scheduled services including IndiGo to Kannur and Mumbai and seasonal SpiceJet flights to Kochi and Kozhikode. One terminal means one arrivals hall and no building to get wrong.

For a formal reception with a name board, our airport meet and greet service can be added at any of the three.

Hourly and Full Day Chauffeur Hire in Fujairah

Our hire runs on two blocks, five hours and ten, and the distinction worth understanding is what the clock measures.

The block starts at your booked pickup time and runs continuously, whether the car is moving or waiting. That is the point of it: a day at a resort with three short runs and five hours of beach in between is one ten hour booking and never three transfers with waiting charges stacked on top.

Hours past the block are charged at the vehicle’s hourly rate, named in your written quote before you confirm. We would rather tell you at the enquiry stage that your plan needs the ten hour block than sell you five and bill the overrun.

Two chauffeurs for a long day. Where a booking runs past a single driver’s hours, we assign a second, and that is planned at quotation and priced into the figure. It never appears as a surprise.

Our car with driver service in Dubai sets out the same structure for city work, and our luxury transport service covers the longer multi day arrangements.

Who Books a Car With Driver in Fujairah

Resort guests at Al Aqah and the northern coast, who find after a day that the beach road is a long way from a taxi rank and that the car is the difference between seeing the emirate and seeing the hotel. Hotels arranging this for guests usually set it up through our hotel standby vehicle service.

Divers and snorkellers heading for Snoopy Island or Dibba Rock, who need the boot space, the early pickup and the car held through the dive.

Weekenders from Dubai and Sharjah, usually a single ten hour day covering the fort, the mosque and a beach afternoon, with somebody else doing the mountain road.

Wedding and event clients, where the car arrives at a coastal venue on a fixed time and the vehicle is part of the photographs.

Corporate visitors to the port and the industrial areas, who need the margin built into the pickup time before the Masafi descent decides it for them. Companies running this regularly set it up through our corporate chauffeur service and settle it as one account.

Travellers heading on to Musandam, for whom Dibba is the last UAE stop before an Oman crossing, and for whom the border point above is the thing to raise early.

Long Term and Monthly Chauffeur Hire for Fujairah

Companies with ongoing work on the east coast are better served by a standing arrangement than by repeat enquiries.

One roster, set once. Give us the pattern and the pickup points and the run repeats without anybody rebooking it each week.

The same chauffeur where possible, which matters more on this route than in a city, because a driver who knows the mountain section and the coast road saves time on every trip.

Settled as one account, with journeys billed together. Our monthly car rental with driver page covers the terms, and for work spreading across the northern emirates our Ajman chauffeur service runs on the same basis.

How to Book a Car With Driver in Fujairah

  1. Send the day. The date, the pickup point and time, and either the places you want to see or the addresses you need to reach.
  2. Tell us the party and the kit. Passenger count, cases, and dive gear or beach equipment if any. The luggage figure is what decides the vehicle on this route.
  3. Approve the written rate. You receive the vehicle, the block of hours, the total and the overtime rate before anything is assigned.
  4. Receive the confirmation. By email, with the vehicle named and the timings set.
  5. Travel. Your chauffeur reaches the pickup point ahead of time, and you have a direct number if the day moves.

Common Questions

Everything travellers, dive groups, weekenders and corporate visitors ask us before booking a chauffeur in Fujairah.

How Much Does It Cost to Rent a Car with Driver in Fujairah?

Rates start from AED 400 for a 5-hour half-day in a Lexus ES 300H, Tesla Model Y or BYD HAN, and AED 700 for a full 10-hour day. Premium sedans such as the BMW 735i reach AED 1,600 for a full day. Rolls-Royce and Bentley are quoted per booking. Fuel, Salik, Darb and standard parking are always inside the quote.

Can I Book a Full-Day Car Rental with Driver in Fujairah?

Yes. The full-day block is 10 continuous hours with the same chauffeur and vehicle. It's the standard choice for visitors covering Snoopy Island, Fujairah Fort, Al Bidyah Mosque and dinner at Al Aqah in one day. Also common for weekend visitors combining a beach morning with a mountain drive into Wadi Wurayah.

Do You Offer Chauffeur Service to Fujairah from Dubai Airport?

Yes. The DXB–Fujairah run is about 130 km through the Hajar Mountains via Masafi and takes roughly 90 minutes on a normal day. Our chauffeur meets you at DXB arrivals with a name board, handles luggage, and drives you door-to-door to your Al Aqah or Fujairah city hotel on a fixed quote. Also available from AUH, SHJ, and FJR.

Can I Hire a Driver in Fujairah for a Diving Trip to Snoopy Island or Dibba?

Yes. Diving and snorkelling trips are a regular part of our Fujairah bookings. Our SUVs and larger sedans carry dive gear comfortably, and chauffeurs are briefed on timing around resort dive centres at Le Meridien Al Aqah and the boat launches at Dibba. Full-day booking recommended for multi-tank days.

What Attractions Can I Cover in a Single Day with a Chauffeur in Fujairah?

A full-day (10 hour) booking comfortably covers Fujairah Fort, Al Bidyah Mosque, Sheikh Zayed Mosque Fujairah, Al Aqah Beach and Snoopy Island, with time for a Masafi Friday Market stop on the way in or out. Wadi Wurayah is a separate half-day given the drive time.

Are Your Fujairah Drivers Licensed and Insured?

Every chauffeur holds a valid UAE licence, is RTA-approved, and completes ongoing training in defensive driving, mountain-road handling, and VIP protocol. Comprehensive insurance covers passengers, driver and vehicle on every booking.

What Is Included in the Quoted Price?

Fuel, Salik and Darb toll passes, standard parking, driver waiting time, and bottled water are already inside the fixed quote. Optional extras — wedding car décor, additional stops beyond the original itinerary, or hour extensions past the booked window — are billed separately.
