1. What Is Included in Van Rental Sharjah with Driver? The rate covers the van, a professional driver for the whole booking, the fuel and the air conditioning. Tolls, airport parking and waiting beyond the booked window are quoted separately and approved by you first. White Line Limousine LLC does not hire vans out on a self drive basis.
2. How Much Does Van Rental in Sharjah Cost? The rate depends on the van size, how long you need it, the route and how often the run repeats. Send the trip details and you receive a written total covering the van, the driver and anything route specific, before you commit to anything.
3. What Van Sizes Can I Hire in Sharjah? Six and seven seat passenger vans, a ten seat Toyota Hiace, a twelve seat Mercedes Sprinter and a fourteen seat high roof. Above fourteen passengers a coach is the better booking, starting at twenty two seats.
4. How Many Bags Does a Van Hold? It varies more than the seat count suggests. The Citroen Spacetourer takes six people and seven bags, the Honda Odyssey seven people and five bags, and the Mercedes Sprinter twelve and twelve. Tell us the case count and we will name the van that carries both.
5. Do You Provide a Driver with Every Van? Yes. Every van comes with a professional driver, and the driver and the fuel are inside the quoted rate. Self drive van hire sits outside what we do.
6. Can You Arrange Staff Van Transport on a Monthly Contract? Yes, and it is one of the most common bookings we take in Sharjah. Give us the shift pattern and the pickup points once and the run repeats without rebooking, with the same van each day and everything settled as one account.
7. Can You Collect a Group from Sharjah Airport? Yes. Give us the flight number and the terminal rather than an estimated arrival time, and tell us if the group is landing on more than one flight so the van is scheduled around the last arrival. We cover Dubai International in the same way.
8. Do You Cover Al Nahda, Muwaileh and the Industrial Area? Yes, and every other district in the emirate. Tell us the exact building or gate at the enquiry stage, because a fourteen seat high roof needs more kerb space than a seven seat van.
9. Is a Van or a Car the Better Booking? Three passengers with light luggage usually travel more cheaply in a saloon, and a saloon reaches hotel doors a van cannot. From four passengers upwards, or where luggage is heavy, a van is the right call. We will say which suits your trip before you book.
10. Can You Supply More than One Van for the Same Day? Yes. Booking them together matters, because vans from one provider can be timed to reach the venue in sequence instead of all at once.
